What type of pests do you treat?

We are the local pest control experts in Perth. We handle a wide range of pests, including ants, cockroaches, termites, rats, mice, crickets, fleas, earwigs, plus more. If you have a specific problem, please contact us for a customised solution.

How much does pest control cost?

We believe in offering transparent pricing, with no hidden fees, surcharges or call out fees.

For Commercial clients and Termite clients, we offer free onsite quotes.

Do I need to leave the house?

Generally, we don't require you to vacate your property during our treatment.

We use industry leading, environmentally safe, and water based liquid insecticides.
We do ask that you (and your pets) remain away from the direct area whilst we are treating, and remain away until the area is dry.

Are your chemicals safe for my kids / pets?

At Tritan Pest Management, we use only brand name, industry leading chemicals. This ensures consistent high quality chemicals, applied with high quality equipment, applied by highly trained and licenced technicians.

With any chemical, there are risks involved. Before each job, a safety pre-start is conducted to identify potential risks and eliminate where possible. Chemicals will be applied in a safe, methodical manner, in line with Integrated Pest Management practises. 

Safety Data Sheets are on board all vehicles, available by calling our office (08) 6115 0101, or via your dedicated online portal (Commercial Clients Only)

How often should I get pest control done?

This comes down to your personal tolerance to bugs. Most people get a yearly pest treatment done (around Spring / Summer) to cover them for crawling insects.

We offer customised treatment plans; including once off, monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly.

What should I do to prepare for the treatment?

You can find the preparation required for each type of service HERE.

Do you offer warranties?

All of our services (excluding End of Lease Fleas) comes with warranties. If the bugs return, so do we. We GUARANTEE our service. You can find your specific warranty details on your service report.

Do your services come with reports?

All of our services include a detailed report, with high quality photos. This will be emailed to you, along with your invoice, after the job.

For Commercial clients, you'll find your service report in your Online Portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

You will be sent an invoice AFTER the job has been completed. You can either pay via:

- Cash on the day

- Deposit into bank account (no bank fee)

- Debit Card (bank fee)

- Credit Card (bank fee)

- Payment Plan with Zip Money (Terms and Conditions apply, STCA)

How long does it take before I start seeing results?

Each service and each pest is different; however it generally takes 2-3 weeks for the full effect of the treatment.

Are termites and white ants the same thing?

You may have heard the term "White Ants' being used when talking about Termites.

​

White Ants and Termites are the same thing, just a different name. The term white ants came about because when you look at a termite, it looks like a white ant.

Did you know that Termites are more closely related to cockroaches then they are ants?

Why do pest treatments focus on the outside of the house

Tritan Pest Management only uses the latest Integrated Pest Management solutions. This approach means we use only the correct amount of chemical (no over spray, safer for the environment), applied in the correct places (think pest harbourage, nesting areas, ingress/egress to house) and at the right time.

By focussing on the external of the property, we are effectively creating a barrier around the perimeter of you home. This will decrease an insects ability to enter your house (and will also eliminate them at the same time). This is the same reason we sometimes focus on roof voids.
